Mexico Missions
Our 2012 Mexico mission trip is rapidly drawing near! We have the largest group ever participating this year! March 3rd 30 of us will arrive in Santa Ana California, enjoy and evening of fellowship and begin our trip south into Mexico the next morning. We hope to arrive at the Mission in Vicente Guerrero Sunday afternoon in time to join their evening worship. The week will be spent doing what ever the mission needs us to do, joining them on outreach, hanging out with the kids and bringing smiles to little faces with our puppet ministry.
Plan to be at our Mexican Lunch Fund Raiser at the church February 19. We always have great food, lots of it and even more fun! Meet the team, find out what we will be doing on our trip, and see great photos of past trips.
We would love it if you would pray for us during the next month as we prepare for our trip. We want God's will to be our focus and desire hearts that are prepared to let Him work through us!

Last Years Mission Trip Report
After going on the Mexico Mission trip several times, we are amazed at how God blessed us with new experiences every time. This trip was unique in so many ways. We had the pleasure of having Charla Pereau, the founder of Foundation For His Ministry, as our tour guide monday morning. What a thrill to hear her recount so many memories, both joyous and difficult, during the early years and growth of the orphanage. We were also privileged to hear the testimony of a young man whose life was deeply entangled in gangs, drugs, alcohol and violence. His life was transformed through the love of Christ shown to him by men serving at the Rehab ranch associated with the mission, Rancho De Christo.
Saturday morning, as we left the orphanage we were again blessed beyond expectation by the men at the Rehab ranch. After a short tour of the ranch they treated us to a wonderful and generous breakfast. We felt honored to be treated so kindly and many of our group were deeply moved as we formed a circle around these men and prayed for strength for them as they face temptations and hardships we can't imagine.
I think every team member will agree with David in Psalm 23, “my cup overflows”.
